Lenia, look at the photo of Shunnan Shael on the French site under Villenueve on Batch 2006! They couldn't take Alchak because at the 2005 show a yearling broke loose and went throught the crowd. Won't mention his name but he was at 2006, must have behaved well (I wasn't there) and he looks a worthy son of his deceased father. You must have all guessed...

They wrote about Ghidchi Shael, which was bred from us. They determed that she is from line Sovkhoz 2. I don't know what is this line? She is from El line.

I happened to be looking through Wikipedia and noticed a very odd entry for the Akhal-Teke with an even odder photo. It made me wonder what the rest of Wiki content is like, for the subjects I am less familiar with...

I checked the site to, it seems like anyone can edit the text, I tried to change the picture but I could not figure out how to do it.
Compared to the other breed presentations on Wikipedia the Teke breed really stands out like more than obscure. At least the horse in the picture is not starved.
