Forwarding questions from Netposse about possbly stolen Teke gelding 10/25/2006 07:55 AMAkhal Teke gelding sold at TN auction last night (Oct. 23, 2006) ... was he stolen?
| Does anyone know of anyone missing a horse like this? Sold as grade. Bay, on the thin side, but in good shape overall. No brands, etc.

I cross-posted this msg onto Chronicle of the Horse's msg board. ALOT of people read posts there so maybe someone will know something.
Is there any more information at all? I couldnt find anything on Netposse. Are there any pictures of the horse??

Thank you for spreading the information Jessica D. I emailed Netposse yesterday and asked for pictures or links to pictures of the horse, as soon as I hear from them I will publish pictures and more info here. them. I admire their never ending energy in trying to recover stolen horses, hopefully they make it a little bit more difficult for people to sell stolen horses, as well as being a very important support for those who have their horses stolen.
