The Horse-Breeding Akhal-teke Association of Uzbekistan (AAKU) is pleased to invite you to the next championship of Central Asia «Star of Turkestan 2009», which will be held from May 1 st to May 3 st , 2009. April 30, 2009 Arrival day. Welcome meeting
May 1 st, 2009. Expert evaluation and press conference.
7.30 am Departure from hotel.
Visit to the studfarms: RSHVM, trade unions,
Jockey Club, «Oltin-Taka», Ahangaran stud.
18.00 pm Press conference.
May 2 nd, 2009. Endurance and breed show.
7.30 am Trip to Ahangaran.
8.30 am Start of 30 km endurance ride for amateur and professional riders.
12.00 am Pick-nick at Tien Shan foothills.
14.00 pm Return to Tashkent. Free time.
18.00 pm Official opening of the breed show at the State Circus.
18.10 pm Two- year-old Akhal-Tekes
18.30 pm Three-year-old Akhal-Tekes
19.10 pm Prize ceremony.
19.40 pm Auction.
21.00 pm Closing.
